Description of what we sell

We sell website design and development services along with additional packages for SEO and digital marketing (hybrid marketing) offers through this website:

    • Web Design Services: This is our main service that we offer. The price ranges depending on need, functionality, number of pages, and what additional custom work would be needed (development). After initial meet with client we offer three different options in our proposals and what works within their budget.
    • Web Development Services: We do development work on websites. From coding, to maintaining and updating front end and back end needs.
    • Digital Marketing Services: We sell a monthly maintenance plans with our websites and the Tier 3 option includes digital marketing services (from social media, graphics, anything that would be needed on the web).
    • Monthly Maintenance plans: We offer three different monthly maintenance plans that cover domain oversight/renewal, hosting, updates and upgrades, tech support, organic SEO, security, and backups

Purchase currency

Stripe is our payment processor, and all prices on our website are listed in USD. We accept all currencies that can be processed through Stripe.

 

Fulfillment policies

    • Refund policy: We do not offer refunds on any of our digital or physical products.
    • Delivery policy: Digital products are delivered immediately or upon agreed timeline in proposals. Physical products are delivered based on proximity to our clients (for example: if they have printed yard signs and want us to use a contractor for printing services).
    • Return policy: We do not offer returns to any orders.
    • Cancellation policy: Customers can cancel any subscription product whenever they please.

We comply with the PCI standards. Our payment form uses HTTPS and other security best practices and is not susceptible to card testing. Each of our customer’s payment information is handled safely when doing business with them.
